A mix of the mediterranean, native and coastal gardens.

Project: Maintenance, garden bed developing and designing planting infills for empty gaps. Increasing soil health and fruit tree revival. Making ornamental trees and shrubs bloom again.

Challenge: Staying on top of invasive weeds. Creating a drought resilient garden. Reviving fruit trees.

Solution: Through planting and nurturing existing trees the weeds are getting competition and eventually reduce a whole lot. Planting in weeded and cleared spots to let desired plants take over instead. Adapting a weed patient mindset by steadily and slowly eradicating and staying on top of them without harmful chemicals is proving a good solution.

Choosing drought tolerant plants and mulching around them help retain moisture, and also increase soil health as it slowly breaks down.

By feeding and pruning fruit trees they greatly improve! Also, through focusing on soil health and adjusting the ph levels to meet the needs of specific fruit trees helps them thrive.
